January is finally behind us!, although it's 31 days long, it feels like 131 days at times!  We are in the early days of February and little signs of Spring are appearing, a little lighter in the evening, snowdrops popping through the ground, but we still have a couple of months of chilly, rather unpredictable Scottish weather ahead of us. How can we help our sense of well-being and those of our loved ones in the chilly days ahead? Let's, 'Coorie', 'Coorie', you ask, what is that? It's a gorgeous word, coming from Gaelic, meaning to snuggle and nestle. It's very much become a lifestyle trend and similar to the Danish word, 'Hygge' and you can increase those endorphins by appreciating Scotland's beauty and what it has to offer.  It doesn't have to be a mountain hike, just getting out into nature, getting those steps in and increasing your vitamin D and rewarding yourself afterwards with a yummy tea or coffee, or something a little stronger
